I think you should tell the story of Margaret's 15th birthday party... Or the time we went to Paris Island... Or Prom night... Or July 4th weekend at your parents house in '92... Or so many others.

Nicely done number one!

seriously good job kid. And yeah, I'm old enough that I can't believe 17 years ago is ONLY 1987. In my world 20 years ago is supposed to be like the 60's or at least the 70's. not mid 80's geesh. Getting old is a bitch.

you brought back the days for me. i was graduating high school in 87 so i was at a few more parties but i was also a good girl. whatever that means. i guess that i didn't let a guy past 3rd base is what it was supposed to mean. but still, i managed to screw things up even then...so many stories about those times but perhaps i will leave them for my diary when i feel so inclined. anayway, i also had a friend that taught me all about the 'forbidden' things. i remember having a marlboro something or other that was stronger than reds are now that we snuck in the field behind her house and we got all giggly and high feeling. she was my 'experienced' friend and had been having sex since 13. i waited till 19 and even then it wasn't worth giving it up but at least i have learned more since then...

i found this through googling "rocknxs". I used to hang out there, work there, and sometimes live there. and you're right about the smoke. here's the funny thing. do you realize that someone born when the club closed (1990) is NOW the average age of someone who went there?
