That is quite touching. It has to be incredibly hard for the families of all the soldiers. I think they deserve just as many props as the guys and gals fighting.

it's great and it scared the crap outta me - johnny #5 is going over in Jaunary - they just called his 10% up ... and he said at his job people were angry that he's in the service and actually TO HIS FACE called him a "baby killer"...i was SO pissed - i mean i'm no fan of the war by any means - but jeebus - he's going his job - and i thank him

I WISH that I was in the prescence of some yahoo who called one of our service men a baby killer! But God in His infinite wisdom has not allowed such a confrontation to occur, because trust me I'd be hitting somebody square in their jaw.

sometimes i think that people are forgetting to look at the whole story. just because you are in a war does not mean you started it, like it or want it to continue. just because you are a soldier does not mean that you kill babies, are a yucking idiot and drive around in your humvee w/ the rock cranked and a gun in your fist. my uncle was killed on the way to vietnam when his plane exploded on the runway and i know he wasn't a baby killer and that he was terrified of going over there and maybe having to hurt or kill someone all for some idiot's idea that we needed to be putting our noses where they don't belong. just like we are again today. it sux that the people that are being Denigrated and abused are the only ones that deserve any credit in this war. sigh. damn bush.
